Please add this to your cart and fill out the additinal information if you would like to be a vendor at our Car Show and Craft Fair on July 25th, 2026 from 9am-1pm. Approved vendors will be notified no later than June 30th, 2026.
Vendor spots are $50 and payment must be made with your application. You must apply by June 30th, 2026
You will get one 10x10 spot on the show grounds. Vendor parking will be outside of the car show parking on the grounds. You will have car access to the vendor area until 8:00 am, once show cars begin arriving at 8:30 you must have your vehicle moved. You must be packed up and vacate the premises by 1:30 PM.
Any Vendors wanting to sell "hot" food - please note we have filled our food truck and dessert truck quota for the show. We will not accept any more food vendor applications for 2026. If you sell other "take home" items like bread, vegetables or packaged goods you are still welcome to apply.
You must stay for the entire duration of the show. There are no refunds for cancellation.
Vendors are chosen at the discretion of James’ Triumph staff. Application does not guarantee approval.
Rude, obscene or abusive language and/or threatening, actual physical restraint and/or abuse of any staff member or general public are prohibited.
No debris may be left behind after tearing down.
No sales or use of alcohol, tobacco allowed at ANY TIME. Includes smokeless tobacco/vape/e-cigarette or smoking related products.
Tents must have sand bags if they are used. NO stakes allowed. Vendors will be on ashpalt. If you need power, please connect with show organizers or prepare to bring a generator.
Our event is held rain or shine and is fully outdoors. Bathrooms in the school willy be open.
Vendors must check in with show staff prior to set up to ensure set up in the proper area. No entry allowed prior to 6:30 am or after 8:0am
Vendors are responsible for collection, reporting and remittance of all state and local taxes as well as applicable permits needed for the city of Chaska. You agree to not hold show organizers liable for any damage or loss that could result from this event.
