General Fund Donation

3% Cover the Fee

Donations made to our general fund will go towards the purchase of goods and shipping cost for our grief care boxes, funding the cost of spreading awareness about our mission, funding our medical bill grants and our memorial scholarship. If you'd like to donate for a specific cause or activity, please add any relevant information in the above box. Memorial Grant Donation

If you’d like to help directly fund a medical bill grant in honor of a baby or family, please donate with this form.

3% Cover the Fee

Donate in honor of a specific baby to fund our medical bill relief grants. Our grants are named in memory of a child or in honor of a family who has walked through a loss. When a grant recipient receives the acceptance letter, we will share the name and story of the child the grant was named for. Naming a grant for your child or as a gift to another family requires a one-time donation of $500+

  • 100% of your gift goes directly to helping families who have lost a child—covering medical expenses, counseling, care packages, and faith-based support. No staff, volunteers or board members receive any compensation for their work with James’ Triumph.

  • We’d be honored to. Many families and friends choose to give this way. We would love to send an acknowledgment card to the family you designate if you’d like as well (without revealing the amount).

  • Yes! We are always looking for donations for items to raffle off at our events. If you have something you think would be a good fit, please let us know. We can get you a receipt for your donation.

    We are looking for: Gift Cards, Sports and Experience Tickets, Coolers, or anything else that people would enjoy winning in a raffle.

  • Yes! You can donate to us directly from your IRA as a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) as long as you are age 70.5 or over (consult your Advisor and/or tax professional. Checks can be made out to James Triumph and can be mailed to 168 Pioneer Trail Number 355 Chaska, MN 55318
