If you are interested in sponsoring our event for more than the below tiers, we would be happy to work with you to help showcase your brand in any other ways you’d like. In years past this has looked like: business vehicles or trailers on show grounds, co-branded promotional materials. Speaking time during awards presentation, logo on all awards - etc…
Platinum: $500
Your Name or Company logo featured on show t-shirt under platinum sponsor and listed on flyer
1 Social post on show facebook page featuring sponsor, as well as on the facebook event page
2 - (30) second ads to be read during the car show by PA announcer
Opportunity to have up to a 30x10 space at the show.
And all gold and silver tier items.
Gold: $250
Your Name or Company Logo featured on show t-shirt under gold sponsor and listed on flyer
1 sponsor choice award that can be given to whichever car the sponsor wishes to. The company logo will be featured on the sponsor’s choice award.
In addition to your tax deductible sponsorship fee, we ask that you please provide a gift to go with your sponsor choice award. This could be business branded items or car related items. Be creative!
And all silver tier items
Silver: $100
Your Name or Company name on t-shirt under silver sponsor as well as on website
Company name listed on car show website
Ability to include promotional items in registration bag
Opportunity to have 10x10 space at the car show to promote your business
In lieu of cash donations for sponsorship, your business may also donate items for our raffle. The retail value of donations to the raffle will contribute to the sponsorship tier you will be recognized with. (Example: raffle item worth $100 and a $150 cash contribution would get you the Gold tier sponsorship)
If sponsorships are submitted/approved after April 1st - Sponsor logos may not be featured on show flyers.
